About:

 

Multilogic is a Hungarian SME of 17 people with more than 20 years of experience in expert systems and knowledge based solution development.

 

• Professional staff is highly qualified (3PhD, 10 MSc) group of mathematicians, electrical engineers and IT professionals.

•Multilogic participated in several European and Hungarian R&D programs, like FP6 or Eureka (Information and Knowledge Fusion, E!2235, 2001-2003). Base technologies will be used in FRONT-VL was developed in the framework of Estrella project (FP6, IST-2004-027655, 2005-2008) and also in Emerald project (Hungarian R&D project, KMOP-1 .1 .1-09/1-2009-0135, 2010-2013).

 

Main Contribution, Role and Interest in FRONT-VL Project

•Multilogic will develop domain knowledge models for selected mental wellness problems (recurrent depression and dementia) for knowledge based advisory solution.

• will integrate research results of Budapest University of Technology and Economics in monitoring elderly people with depression or dementia.

• Experts systems will be implemented for the selected mental wellness problem areas.

 

Expected Results, Business Prospects and Go-To-Market Plans

• We will provide intelligent computer based consultation services for elderly people at home or at elderly homes.

• We develop and install for the Hungarian target groups web-based social network type solutions based on the result of research in mental wellness domain (in cooperation with the Budapest University of Technology and Economics)

 

• Remote monitoring (sensors, data collection) and online information collection (based on computer activity indicators gathered from game playing and community activity).

• BMEs contribution and research interest lies in the Use Case specifically dedicate to mental health, on data on Early Warnings of dementia and depression,, including support maintenance therapy. 

 

•SME s Dept. of Measurement and Information Systems has been involved in several research and innovation projects such as Silvergate112 (Assistive Medical and Social Monitoring and Alarm System - An Integrated Approach), CCE (Connected Care for

Elderly Persons Suffering from Dementia), M3W (Maintaining and Measuring Mental Wellness), which all feed into FRONT-VL

 

Expected Results, Business Prospects and Go-To-Market Plans

 

• As an university sales are not the focus of BME, thus BMEs expected results reside in knowledge creation and exchange and opportunity to explore latest developments in the field, in scientific publications and articles and finally education. In

addition, FRONT-VL offers new partnerships for future  collaboration.
