The Front-VL project has 11 members, however a Celtic+ project is financesed locally by each country, and project memebersare added or removed as founding is provided or ends.

From the Austrian perspective the business case is a B2B one and targets professional care organizations and system integrators. Novel technologies and health care products will be provided to the care organizations and maintained by third party companies. The professional care market, especially the home care segment is fast growing in Austria and innovative technological solutions to reduce costs are required.

In Hungary, increasing use of computers and internet-based services by the population even by the elderly opens new opportunities for improving the support of living quality life. Several services and solutions were developed and tested but there is no widely used integrated service yet.
